1. These Promotion Terms govern the Christmas 2017 Promotion (“Promotion”). 
 2. The Promotion is organized by ClickMeeting Sp. z o. o., a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Poland, with its registered office at Arko ska 6, A4, 80-387 Gda sk, Poland 
(“Company”). 
 3. The Promotion is open to persons and entities who purchase a paid ClickMeeting Account in the 
Promotion timeframe in accordance with these Promotion Terms (“Participant”). 
 4. To benefit from the Promotion the Participant must within the Promotion timeframe, that is from December 19, 2017, 12:00 pm UTC until January 2, 2018, 23:59 pm UTC, or as regards 
Participants from Russian, Ukrainian and Belarussian market until January 7, 2018 08:00 am UTC: a. upgrade his/her ClickMeeting Account (applies to the Participant with an active ClickMeeting 
Account), or 
 b. purchase a paid ClickMeeting Account (applies to the Participant who does not have an active ClickMeeting Account),
and pay for the chosen Account either through the Account Panel or by using the order form available at: https://secure.clickmeeting.com/order_account.html. 5. The Promotion does not apply to upgrades which do not entail extending the limit of Attendees within the ClickMeeting Account. For instance, a switch from MyWebinars 50 Account to MyWebinars PRO 50 Account is not covered by the Promotion. 
 6. If the Participant meets all conditions provided for in these Promotion Terms, he/she will receive the following benefits (“Benefits”): 
 a/additional features: 3 additional Multiusers and additional W ebinar Recording space (additional 6 hours of storage space in the Account Panel); 
 b/additional month of use of the ClickMeeting Account, if in the Promotion timeframe the Participant chooses and pays for the annual subscription of ClickMeeting Account; 
 c/exclusive video from Company 
 7. All features provided as Benefits are described on Company’s website 
https://clickmeeting.com/tools and are provided for the duration of a given Account, save as 
otherwise stated in clause 9 below. 
 8. The Promotion cannot be combined with other ClickMeeting promotions pending or available 
during the Promotion timeframes or otherwise. In addition, in some instances the Participant will 
not be able to benefit from this Promotion because he/she benefits from another promotion. 
 9. If the Participant downgrades his/her ClickMeeting Account or switches from an annual to a monthly subscription, or the Account is deactivated by Company due to non-payment or is otherwise suspended, additional features indicated in clause 6 item a. and the Benefit referred to in clause 6 item b. will be canceled. If the ClickMeeting Account is restored, the additional features will not be renewed. The Benefits cannot be transferred to another individual or entity or be applied 
to any existing paid ClickMeeting Account. 
 10. Company reserves the right to change or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason. 
 11. Any enquiries or complaints regarding the Promotion must be submitted to the Customer Support through an online form at: https://clickmeeting.com/contact. 
 12. For any matters not covered by these Promotion Terms, the provisions of Company’s General Terms available at: https://clickmeeting.com/legal will apply. Otherwise, the Promotion will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and any disputes concerning the same will be resolved by courts having jurisdiction over the registered head office of Company. 
 13. ParticipationinthePromotionmeansthattheParticipanthasconsentedtothesePromotionTerms.
