I have owned this boat for a few years and it sat unused. I purchased a new house with a 2 acre pond and I charged this up and have been having a great time with this. This boat is fast very fast and it responds quickly to inputs like turning. It is a hot rod on the water and I have been abusing it. I have imbedded it in the side of my pond at 20mph plus and I pull it out of the mud and throw it back in. I am loving this little boat more than another I own. My bulldog wants to eat this boat and he has jumped into the pond several times going after it, once head over heels (scary moment). Great fun and an excellent buy!

My son bought this on his twelfth birthday. I only took it out for the first test today, and I can say it's a great ship. Watch numerous videos on YouTube that show the actual operation of the ship. Definitely a higher grade than cheap toys. I only wish I had bought it first, not the cheapest "slow" model. Definitely worth the extra money.

After reading some very negative reviews, I was hesitant to ask my son to buy this remote controlled boat. However, we were very lucky with this boat and my son also loved it. This thing is really broken and much faster than I expected. Battery life is relatively short, only 8-10 minutes, but this seems to be the norm for RC speedboats. Perhaps a larger amp-hour battery will help. This boat needs some maintenance, but not much. After each use, we remove the drive shaft (very simple, just tighten a set screw), clean it and inject a small amount of marine grease into the housing, then retighten the drive shaft and rotate it forward and back to ensure good fat coverage. . Second, we lubricate the dog bone connector with the same marine grease. Finally, we rinse the cooling lines with distilled water. I use a disposable syringe for all previous maintenance and it works very well. So far, the charger will only be negative. The immediate setup seems terrible, because the light does nothing when it is idle or plugged in, but it actually charges the battery. If not, it's not a big deal, because I also have a Traxxas balanced charger. For reference, my son is 10 years old and there are no problems handling this boat. The boat capsized well. The car stays dry most of the time and the auto straightening function works well. The range of the controller is very good. Some spare batteries are left in the boat, so you can return the boat to shore when the water is draining.

My first RC boat! I think I chose the right one. I had trouble pairing, but I called the support staff and they told me how to do it, it worked fine! It is surprising how quickly this ship stabilizes. After running for about 10 minutes, there was almost no water in it. I would recommend this boat to anyone! Super fun!

This, this brushless boat is fast and maneuverable. Feilun was right with this boat. I got water, but "Hey" was a hobby, so I fixed it with liquid tape. This is not enough to warrant repair as it only needs 7-8 minutes of runtime, then replace the battery and run out of power. I just thought there was no water in it.
